After 25 Years of IT expertise for an International group at management level, I have decided to create my own consultancy company.
The present financial crisis forces more and more employers to recruit freelancers with very good knowledge of managing short term projects, instead of hiring new employees. This is a fact; outsourcing will become more common in the next couple of years.
